Find A Way, Not An Excuse

I have been very good at wanting things in life, but then making excuses as to why I can’t have them or achieve them. I think I just needed to find my why and to learn that when motivation wanes, my desire to do the thing will keep me going. I have gone along with other people’s motivations – for example, I ran a half marathon when my friend trained for one, but that is not the same as wanting something for myself.
