
This summer I have been taking the time that is usually reserved for my other role as the Mom/Dance Taxi and using it to fill my own cup by attending my favourite evening yoga classes as part of the Daily Slay/100 Days to Slay Collective Challenge. In a couple of weeks, there is a good chance that this time will be back to taxi time, but for now, I am just happy to be taking it for myself.
As someone who struggles with mental health and chronic illness, these classes do no end of good for me, and I am so happy that I have been able to take advantage of summer’s less busy days and evenings.
