I went for a walk with my confidante. I brought home roses for my grandmother. I stuck to my vegan meal plan. I painted my nails. I put eyeliner on. I did my journal.

I hugged and kissed my kids. I hugged and kissed my husband. I told my grandmother that I can never thank her enough for what she has been doing for me. I drank enough water.
